2011 rewind

One of the BEST reasons to blog is to remember everything that happens in life, and I'm SO HAPPY we can look back and remember all of 2011.  The good, and the bad.  2011 was a big and busy year for us, and I can't wait to look back at 2012 and see how our lives have changed.

January- we celebrated a Carter Christmas, showered Stephanie and baby Mason, and spent some time loving on Miss Brooks

February- we celebrated Valentine's day with some sushi (guess we won't be doing that this year!), Cooper turned 5 and Brooks was baptized

March- Mason was born, I won Teacher of the Year, and we celebrated both our anniversary and my birthday over spring break

April- was a hard month for me.  Our fertility treatments were not successful and I had to undergo a very painful laparoscopy.  We passed our angel baby's due date with LOTS of tears.  We also got to spend some time with Mom and Brooks for Easter and Mom's birthday.

May- BKC started walking, we said goodbye to Aunt Debbie and threw a shower for Shelly and Phig

June- finished my absolute favorite year of teaching with the best kids ever, visited Emily and Ella, had my first hysteroscopy, attended many weddings and jammed at the NKOTBSB concert

July- went to Florida with the McDaniel's (4th of July this year won't be the same!), attended more weddings and said goodbye to Mama Kay

August- Brooks turned 1, Matt went back to work full-time, school and football started

September- football dominated our schedule along with trips to Austin, attended two weddings, and celebrated Laura's birthday

October- went to a few more football games, found out we were PREGNANT, kept a big secret, and celebrated Halloween

November- had a few playoff games and football ended, told our families our BIG news, and got together with out families for Thanksgiving

December- Emily found out she was having a GIRL- due 1 month before our baby, we told the world about our poupaun and celebrated Christmas many times over
