McDaniel Christmas

Last Wednesday, before the hustle and bustle of the weekend started, we got together with Matt's family to celebrate Christmas. We went to Taste of Texas for dinner (delish!) and then headed back to the McDaniel's house to exchange gifts.

Mason was the BEST little boy while we were waiting (and eating delicious chips and salsa!) and eating. It took forever but he never complained and had fun playing peek-a-boo. 

After dinner we went back to the house and had a blast opening gifts.  I stand by what I said at Halloween- holidays are just so much better with babies!  I'm so glad that this Christmas Matt and I were able to enjoy everything and soak up Mason and Brooks.  Last Christmas was fun but our wounds from losing our angel were so fresh.  

Our little poupaun was so very blessed this Christmas with lots of clothes and toys- we are so fortunate so have such wonderful family members who love our little one already.  

I can't wait for next Christmas!
